The form I chose -- the Spanish bull -- I believe has grace and beauty to offset its awesome power. The beauty of the creature -- evidenced in the twist of its horns, the sweep of the tail and the sensuous mound on the powerful shoulders -- offsets the aggression of its flared nostrils, deeply furrowed brows and side-cast eyes.

The dark patina both graduates the colour bottom to top, and highlights the peaks and valleys in the muscles of the piece. Full credit is due to the artisans at MST Bronze whose skill and expertise in casting and finishing made my vision come alive!
